Grief can be stored in the body. It can show up in the body as physical pain, mood swings, silence, fatigue or the feeling of being stuck to name a few.
With this course we will help move that stagnant energy out of the body & help regulate your nervous system.

Releasing does not mean forgetting. It means that you don't have to live in the pain & struggle, but instead acknowledge it and move through it at your own pace. When you dedicate time for pain and grief it then transforms and consumes you less.
You will be guided with techniques & resources that you can use anytime. It's time to release the heaviness.

Imagine taking a 7 week embodied journey through the 7 energy centers-designed to help you process grief, create balance and safety within your mind and body and rediscover who you currently are after loss.
Each week we will focus on one chakra paired with movement, breath and sound specific to that week.
Grief can make the ground beneath us feel unstable. Before we rise, we re-learn how to stand. This week, we begin at the Root-breath, balance, and the quiet courage of staying present. You are safe to feel.
Emotions are meant to move. When we hold them, they stagnate. When we honor them, they teach us. This week's focus: allowing grief to flow through gentle movement and creative breath. No forcing only listening.
Healing isn't passive. It takes strength to rebuild boundaries and re-ignite personal will. Through breath and core activation, we remember: power and softness can coexist.
When we open gently, love doesn't erase grief, it gives it a place to rest. Sound and stillness combine this week to soften the armor around the chest.
So much healing begins the moment we speak what was never said. Humming, toning, words whispered into the air-all clear the channel of truth. What needs to be voiced for you to navigate forward?
Grief clouds vision and presence helps clear it. In Week 6 we practice focused breath and guided visualization to retrain perception-from loss toward insight. Seeing what remains is its own kind of grace.
Integration is where healing becomes living. We close the journey with learning to trust life's rhythm again.
I'm a registered nurse, yoga teacher for adults and kids, and a grief educator who helps others reconnect with their bodies after loss.
My approach combines movement, breath, sound, reflective journaling and meditation to support emotional healing, safety and nervous system balance.
Having walked through profound losses-including the passing of my son and several life transitions-I understand grief not as something to fix, but as a rhythm to be listened to and moved with.
